North Dakota Propane Gas Association has received $500,000 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding administered by the North Dakota Department of Commerce to provide rebates to purchase new energy-efficient water heaters, boilers and furnaces.
Energy Star Products eligible through the rebate program include the following:

Consumer Eligibility Rules
Important Rebate Information
Only appliances purchased after June 1, 2010, will be able to receive a rebate. Rebate program ends December 31, 2011, or when funds are depleted.
Consumers will have 90 days after receiving the rebate application form to submit the required materials. A complete application includes:
• Rebate application form
• Copy of the paid invoice listing brand and model #
• A completed leak check form (Sample form)
• Copy of the AHRI Certificate (If your vendor doesn't give you one)
• Flood victims must submit a copy of their FEMA disaster assistance letter.
Please note that purchase of an appliance does not guarantee approval of a rebate. Rebate reservations will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. Application online does not guarantee rebate, you MUST mail rebate application with supporting documents to NDPGA.
